AIR-SONIC is active in the fields of reducing air- and noise-born emissions. We supply products and services for combustion engines for stationary and mobile applications.
In order to eliminate airemission in the exhaust gas or to reduce noise emission we offer a wide range of products amongst you can choose.

Air-Emissions
To reduce air-born emissions in the exhaust gas of a Diesel- or gasengine oxidation-, 3-way- and SCR-catalysts as well as soot filters are being used. To pretreat combustion gases we offer plants for gas purifications.
AIR-SONIC has a solution for all applications individually tuned for our customer's case.
Our special way of manufacturing catalysts allows short delivery times and a very flexible determination of catalysts, which are based on using metal as substrate (oxi- and 3-way catalyst)
Soot filters are either manually or fully automatic regenerable.
To clean blow by gases of the crankcase box we supply our specially developped oil-separator, a very efficient product.

Noise-Emissions
To reduce noise emission before, around or after an engine/gasturbine passive silencers are being used. Various exhaust-gas, air-intake, vent and baffle-type silencers allow to meet the steadily increasing demand of noise levels of industrial plants. Using our wide range of standard silencers, as well as individually tailor made designs we are able to meet almost every demand. The silencers are manufactured in many common materials and due to flexible production methods we provide our customers with short delivery times. Noise-reducing canopies as well as noise containers are made strictly to customer's requirements and individual designs.
Turnkey noise containers, incl. installation of the complete generating set and electrical control unit for worldwide deliveries and start-ups can be ordered with AIR-SONIC.
